OUR POLICY

 

Please review the following policies carefully as it details specifics related to the service/s offered by LUXMODE.

 

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy:

At LUXMODE Medical Spa, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our clients. To ensure optimal service availability and provider efficiency, we require at least 48 hours' notice for canceling or rescheduling appointments. Appointment reminders will be sent via email 48 hours in advance, and a text message (SMS) reminder will be sent 2 hours before the appointment. To cancel or reschedule an appointment, clients must contact us directly by phone or text. Changes communicated through Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms are not accepted.

 

Cancellation and No-Show Fees:

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a $100 fee. If the credit card on file cannot be charged, alternative payment must be provided before any further appointments can be booked. In cases of medical emergencies, clients may reschedule without an additional fee by providing appropriate medical documentation. Failure to appear for an appointment without prior notification ("no-show") will result in a $200 fee, which must be settled before any future appointments can be made. This fee is non-refundable and is at the treating providers discretion to credit fee for future services.

 

Arrival and Lateness Policy:

To ensure a seamless experience, we request clients arrive 10-15 minutes early to relax and complete any necessary paperwork. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment, and clients arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior contact will be considered a no-show, incurring the corresponding fee. We will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, but rescheduling may be necessary depending on the schedule.

 

Consultation Policy:

We offer a complimentary initial consultation for new patients. However, any follow-up consultations without a same-day treatment may incur a consultation fee to compensate for the provider's time.

 

Social Media and Communication Policy:

For privacy and compliance with HIPAA, we do not conduct consultations through social media platforms such as Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, or Facebook Messenger. For personalized treatment plans, please schedule a virtual or in-person consultation.

 

Gift Certificate and Service Return Policy:

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They expire one year from the purchase date. All treatments and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Children Policy:

We welcome children at LUXMODE, but for their safety and the comfort of our clients, children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult who is not receiving services. LUXMODE is not liable for any injuries that may occur.

 

Payment Policy:

LUXMODE accepts the following payment methods:

Cash, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Debit Cards, and Mobile Payment Options (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay). Please note that all credit and debit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee, which is a pass-through charge to cover costs incurred by our payment processing provider. The fee will be added to your total transaction amount and clearly itemized on your receipt. To avoid this fee, clients are encouraged to use cash, money orders, or mobile payment options.

 

Refund Policy:

All sales for treatments, packages, and products are final. Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments and associated costs, LUXMODE has a strict No Refund Policy under any circumstances. Clients must review and sign an acknowledgment of this policy before receiving any service.

 

Chargeback Disputes:

By receiving treatment at LUXMODE, you acknowledge and agree to our no-refund and cancellation policies. Any chargeback requests made to your financial institution for services rendered will be contested. We will provide documentation, including signed agreements, treatment records, and communication logs, to dispute any fraudulent chargeback claims.

 

Agreement Requirement

All clients are required to sign a consent form and acknowledge our policies before receiving any treatments. This ensures that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all the terms set forth. By booking or receiving any treatment at LUXMODE Medical Spa, you confirm your agreement with these policies. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office directly.
